This site is about backpacking mainly in mountainous and remote regions of England, Wales and Scotland, but also covers a few low-level routes and day walks. The backpack routes are mostly self-designed and exclusively wild-camped. The Trips&Photos section lists all the routes by date and area.

As well as the popular National Parks, we describe routes in seldom trodden wild areas where we have walked for days and seen nobody at all, and there is plenty of inspiration to take that first step to wild pitching.
The trip reports have either an OS map or outline sketch map, and most have downloadable route files for Memory Map or other mapping software.
